Machine learning-based goal probability predictions (GoalSoon algorithm)
Historical match statistics, head-to-head records, and team form data
ELO-based team ratings and tournament probability simulations
FIFA World Cup 2026 coverage including group standings and bracket tracking
Optional push notifications for match events
Curated tipster picks with confidence ratings

3. Disclaimer — No Gambling Advice

IMPORTANT: GoalMind LIVE does not provide gambling advice, betting tips, or financial recommendations of any kind. All predictions, probabilities, and analyses are for entertainment and informational purposes only.

3.1 Nature of Predictions

All predictions, probability estimates, and AI analyses provided by GoalMind LIVE are probabilistic in nature. A prediction that a team has a 70% chance of winning means that in a large sample of similar scenarios, that team would win approximately 70% of the time. It does not guarantee any specific outcome. The remaining 30% of outcomes will result in a different result.

Live data is sourced from API-Football and may be delayed by up to 60 seconds. AI analyses are generated by language models and may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies.

The GoalMind LIVE name, logo, app design, GoalSoon algorithm, and all original content on this Service are the intellectual property of GoalMind LIVE and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Service
Create derivative works based on the Service
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our algorithms
Use the Service for commercial purposes without written permission

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation
Infringes the rights of any third party
Involves automated access, scraping, or data harvesting without our written consent

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoalMind LIVE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data
Financial losses from betting or wagering decisions
Business interruption
Any other damages arising from your use of the Service

This limitation applies even if GoalMind LIVE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
